Pako Highway

Pako Highway is the seventh installment within the prolific Pako driving games saga. The other games in the franchise use an isometric perspective and aren't particularly focused on speed. However, this latest installment lets you play, for the first time, from a first-person (and third-person) perspective while placing the focus on the driving speed.

If you've ever played an endless driver, the controls in Pako Highway will be familiar to you. Your vehicle will be constantly accelerating, and you can control it by tapping the sides of the screen. With these simple controls, you will have to try and last as long as you can, driving through traffic without destroying your vehicle.

In other similar driving games, you need to dodge traffic at all costs. But, in Pako Highway, sometimes you will have to try and hit the other cars. The reason is that, although your vehicle will be destroyed if you crash head-on, if you manage to pass very close to other cars several times in a row, you will activate a turbo boost that will let you destroy the traffic. Plus, for each vehicle you destroy, you will receive two extra seconds. So, the game encourages a wild and risk-taking driving style.

When you start the game, there will only be one car and one setting available. But, with the coins you get during the games, you can unlock another road and new vehicles. You can also upgrade the maximum speed and the control over the cars in your garage. It's worth noting that, unlike with other games in the same genre, Pako Highway rewards you with loads of coins in each game so unlocking content isn't difficult at all.

Pako Highway is an extremely fun driving game, just like all the saga's previous games. The game has incredible visuals that you can adapt to suit your Android's requirements, and its controls are perfect for touchscreen devices. Another great release from Tree Men Games.
